Terms of Service

Effective: February 18, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator ("Company") of Check&Do ("Service") and its users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to the timeboxing-based productivity web application provided by the Company.
  2. "Member" refers to a user who has registered for the Service.
  3. "Guest" refers to a user who uses the Service without registration.
  4. "Content" refers to all data created by users within the Service, including tasks, memos, and time blocks.

Article 3 (Terms Effectiveness and Modifications)

  1. These Terms are published on the Service.
  2. The Company may modify these Terms for reasonable cause and will announce changes within the Service.
  3. Users who disagree with modified Terms may discontinue use and delete their account.

Article 4 (Service Provision)

The Company provides the following services:

  • Timeboxing-based schedule management (Plan → Focus → Review)
  • Task management
  • Memo creation and management
  • Productivity records and analytics
  • Additional services developed by the Company

Article 5 (Registration)

  1. Registration is completed through OAuth authentication (Kakao, Google).
  2. Agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy is required upon registration.
  3. Service access may be restricted if false information is provided or another person's information is used.

Article 6 (Withdrawal and Disqualification)

  1. Members may request withdrawal at any time through in-app settings or by emailing contact@keysams.com.
  2. Upon withdrawal, all personal information and content are immediately deleted.
  3. The Company may restrict or revoke membership in the following cases:
    • Interfering with other users' service usage
    • Disrupting stable service operation
    • Violating laws or these Terms

Article 7 (User Obligations)

Users shall not:

  • Misuse others' personal information
  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Disrupt normal service operations
  • Commercially exploit information obtained through the Service without prior consent

Article 8 (Company Obligations)

  1. The Company complies with applicable laws and strives to provide stable service.
  2. The Company protects user privacy in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  3. The Company endeavors to promptly restore service in case of disruptions.

Article 9 (Service Suspension)

  1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance, equipment replacement, or force majeure.
  2. Prior notice will be given for planned suspensions; emergency suspensions may be notified afterwards.
  3. For free services, the Company may terminate the Service with prior notice.

Article 10 (Content Ownership)

  1. Ownership of content created within the Service belongs to the user.
  2. The Company may use content for statistical purposes in a non-personally-identifiable form for service operation and improvement.

Article 11 (Intellectual Property)

Intellectual property rights to the Service's design, logo, and software belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without prior consent.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, wars, or hacking.
  2. The Company is not liable for damages related to the use of free services.
  3. The Company does not guarantee any revenue or effects users expect from the Service.

Article 13 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. The Company and users shall negotiate in good faith to resolve disputes.
  2. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Korea in the competent court.

Article 14 (Guest Usage)

  1. Guests may use basic Service features without registration.
  2. Guest data is automatically deleted 30 days after last access.
  3. Guests may convert to full membership through OAuth login at any time, and existing data will be retained.

Article 15 (Effective Date)

These Terms of Service are effective as of February 18, 2026.
